20 unnumbered typescript pages. Oblong duodecimo (6 1/2" x 8") bound in original publisher's blue stapled wrappers. (Lusis: 1699) First edition limited to 10 copies.

The aim of this tournament was to give Athenaeum Chess Club members an opportunity to obtain International Elo Ratings. This required that six of the teen players had established such ratings. The contestants were Maxwell L Fuller (2365) scored 7 points to capture sole first, Robert Bellin (2365) a point behind was clear second, Robert Graham Wade (2350) achieved third a half point behind him, Lesly SF Blackstock was fourth at 5 points, Seth Saverymuttu (2250) was fifth with a score of 4.5, Michael J Basman (2400), Michael J Franklin (2335) and Colin S Crouch all shared sixth through eight with 4 points each, Tim D Harding and Kevin J O'Connell shared the last two spots with 2.5. Lesly Blackstock performance allowed him to appear in the 1975 FIDE listing. The tournament was an event celebrating the Athenaeum Chess Club's completion of 101 years of existence.
