This tournament took place in May and June 1963 in Buenos Aires commemorating the fifty-eighth anniversary of Argentinian Chess Club. Twelve participants took part and Raul Sanguineti capture first place with 9 of 12 points. Following by a full point was Oscar Panno. Alfredo Esposito was a half point behind to capture third. Fourth was Fernando Casas with 7. fifth through sixth was shared by Raimundo Garcia and Samuel Schweber with 6 points each. Eduardo Scanavino was sole seventh with a half point behind. Shared eighth and nine were Carlos Bielicki and Raul Cruz with 5 each followed by Hector Rossetto with 3 points. At 2 1/2 was Bartolome Marcussi and in twelfth place with 1 1/l was Claudio Amado.
