D Janowski represented France and while residing in Gary, Indiana, B Kotich represented Serbia. First, Jose R Capablanca with a score of 10 1/2, trailing well behind was Boris Kotisch with 9. Frank Marshall came in third with a disappointing 7. Fourth was Oscar Chajes with 6. David Janowski, another disappointment with 4. the other scores were Roy Black with 3 1/2 and J S Morrison with 2. Chajes and Capablanca one the two brilliancy prizes
