This is the periodical for the Dutch Chess Federation, and through the end of World War II the organ for the Dutch Chess Problem Society. This publication, started in 1893, is the longest continuing chess magazine in The Netherlands. The name was changed in August 1943 to Mededeelingenblad van den Nederlandschen schaakbond through August 1944, when it recaptured its old name.
