International tournament held in Györ, Hungary, 4-23 August 1924, as part of the Györ Chess Congress. The opening ceremony was on Sunday 3 August. Chief organizers: Ferenc Chalupetzky and László Tóth. Geza Nagy won with 10/14 followed by Dawid Przepiórka half point behind. Third Lajos Asztalos with nine points. Tied for fourth through fifth was Vladimir Vuković and Árpád Vajda each with 8 1/2"
Condition: Lothar Schmid's book plate to front end paper. Lacking an enclosed color sheet "Please note!". Toned inside and heavier at the edges. Plates slightly edged in the lower corner. Cover gently bumped. Spine slightly sunned else very good.
