The author gives a history of the Stockholm chess clubs when the were united in 1911. And reproduces the 1970-71 Stockholm tournament with the tournament bulletins which were corrected and updated. Ten players participated Borislav Ivkov finished first 6.5/9 followed by Istvan Bilek and Ulf Andersson in second platy a half point behind. In clear fourth was Ake Olsson at 5.5 followed by Jerzy Lewi in fifth with 5 and Heinz Lehmann in sixth with 4.5. Tied in seventh and eighth were Heikki Westerinen and Borje Jansson each with 4 points. In ninth was David Levy at 2 followed by Nils-Ake Malmdin finishing last.
